UD2 (with SF protocols) Week#5...Day#3

Training:

  • SFP2.0


Notes: did it 3 hour after a meal (usually I eat 1 hour prior)...never sweated this much in my life..sweat came out of places it never came out before, like my thighs, forearms. After the workout I squeezed out about a cup of liquid. Energy was excellent though. I could have gone longer, but had to take kids to the pool (where I injured my shin, which looks like it's hiding an egg under the skin now)
