Looks like a strict UD2 program is not going to happen for now. Whatever I am doing right now works, but it's not UD2 and I'm not gonna call it that.
Frankly, I don't completely understand what's taking place in my body.
- fat is slowly melting away
- muscle tone looks good to me
- energy is great
But if I told you what I've been eating and drinking every night you'd put some hate on me:) So, what the heck is going on? I sure like the result, but I don't understand it.

I'm perhaps in the same boat too. Looking leaner each day without even trying - WTF?
Could it be that we don't worry or stress and our body thanks us for it?
Shelley, hey. I think u are right about not stressing our bodies all the time and giving it a rest regularly. I googled around and what I'm doing resembles a so-called "Warrior Diet". When you kinda underfeed yourself during the day, and an 'let it rip' at night within a 3-hour window:)
